UT Care Products Ltd was incorporated in 1990, largely to develop the benefits of the new VALLEY cushion concept. Invented by Dr.Ian Swain and Mr.Peter Lowthian, both of whom have broad experience in scientfic research related to pressure relief, the VALLEY cushion has provided the one viable alternative to the troublesome "ring" cushion. UT is today a supplier of pain relief cushions to many departments in the public health service, including Postnatal; Colorectal/Stoma Care;General Surgery; Gynaecology;Oncology; Cancer Relief Macmillan Fund and other Hospice/ Palliative Care organisations. Individual patients are also welcome clients of the Company. |
